MySwaddle is rewarding for everyone.
We understand pregnancy is a lot of work for all involved, especially moms relying on Medicaid.
We work with community partners to provide incentives and rewards to moms to make it easier to participate with providers and to do what’s needed for a healthy pregnancy and birth.
Additionally, MySwaddle rewards MCOs, States and front line providers by making it easier to connect and communicate with pregnant moms, decrease risks and increase healthy outcomes. When we do this, everyone is rewarded.

We understand the easier and more rewarding we can make it for moms to engage with us and do what it takes for a healthy outcome, the more we all win.
For pregnant women who enroll in Medicaid, download the MySwaddle app, and participate with us in their pregnancy journey, in some cases based on the available budget, we are able reward them with Unlimited Talk, Text & Data Plans.
Healthy Pregnancy Package
We believe the easier and more rewarding we can make it for moms to engage in self-care and healthy behaviors while pregnant, the more likely we will achieve a healthy outcome.
In some cases based on the available Medicaid program budget and participating community partners, we are able incentivize moms with healthy pregnancy packages including prenatal vitamins, soothing lotions, and more.
FREE Monthly Diapers
Co-lab the Milwaukee Diaper Mission
We understand diapers are a necessity, but they are also very expensive. For moms who need help securing diapers, MySwaddle works with community partners to provide diapers so moms and their babies can rest a little easier.
When possible we will send moms home from the hospital with their first supply of diapers. If/when necessary, we will work to provide regular access to more diapers during the babies first year.
FREE SNOO Bassinet
MySwaddle is one of the early partners with SNOO and is excited to grow the partnership so more moms and babies can get more safe and restful sleep each night.
For pregnant women who enroll in Medicaid, download the MySwaddle app, and participate with us in their pregnancy journey, we will be able to reward some with the innovative SNOO bassinet.
